1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on a200 or using the platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. a200 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
This agreement applies only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection. Both a200 and the user share responsibility for verifying that the user meets the minimum age requirement. If you are subject to any legal restriction or local regulation that prohibits your use of the platform, you bear full responsibility for compliance.
2. Account Registration & Security
When registering on a200, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in permanent account termination. Each user is permitted to hold only one account — creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. As part of the identity verification process, a200 may request valid ID or additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party — you are fully liable for any activity carried out using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the a200 support team immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong password and updating it regularly to keep your account secure.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
Never share your login credentials with anyone. Users are solely responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All members must comply with the established rules and regulations while using the a200 platform. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage, and any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account balance will be forfeited and the account will be permanently suspended. a200 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
Using a200 for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any criminal purpose is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. a200 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Users may claim bonuses and promotions in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions — any breach of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the related reward. Every user is also responsible for treating other members respectfully and maintaining a healthy platform environment.

Before making a deposit, please check the minimum and maximum limits for your chosen payment method, as these may vary. Verified deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, though some transactions may take additional processing time.
Before processing a withdrawal request, a200 may require relevant documents in accordance with its identity verification and anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawing bonus funds requires the applicable wagering requirements to be met — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling this condition. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
A200 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior. Users will generally be notified before an account is closed, though immediate action may be taken for serious breaches. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure will depend on a200's investigation findings, and no balance will be returned where unlawful activity has been verified. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, in which case any eligible balance will be returned through the standard process.

All content, designs, logos, software, games, and information on the a200 platform are the intellectual property of a200 or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, republishing, or commercially using any platform content without prior written consent from a200 is strictly prohibited.
